Vanotti Cycle Camp
After two years in Under-23 he became a professional with De Nardi of his fellow citizen Gianluigi Stanga, a team from Bergamo based in Ponte San Pietro.
He took part in the Giro d'Italia reaching 44th and over time becoming a fundamental teammate in important victories in the world of professional cycling. In 2013 he moved to Astana, the famous Kazakh cycling team, until 2016.
